Prices-Numismatic News

I guess its been a while since I looked at this, but the March 2003 shows some big increases in Morgan Dollars... an 1893-cc in ms60 is listed at $2500, a 92-cc in ms60 is$700 and even a 1900-s is $245 in ms60. I know this is retail and obviously well above greysheet, but this strikes me as being in the "nose bleed" range in terms of being high...My question is this...Am I missing something or is there that much interest to justify this? What do you all think?
