Anyone purchased an NTC FS Jeff? What are the NTC (if any) standards for FS designation?
Thanks

No Jeffersons, but if they grade them the same way as 1964 proof Kennedy's, you can safely deduct between 3 and 5 points from whatever is on the label. They are worse than ACG in these.

I have seen them at shows. If there is a line for 1 step, they get full steps!!!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

I purchased a few. The grading was closer to reality than the full step count. Not 1 would come close to a PCGS full step designation.
