Roosevelts: what constitutes a strong strike?

I think I heard somewhere that one indicator was the bands on the torch. What are other areas to look for?

I am thinking the letters on the reverse as well... I have many raw ones to examine and the more sharply struck Roosies that I have, have some sharply struck letters..(one dime).....

  • It will be just like my beloved mercs.....except both bands have to be clearly seperated....I love this new change!!!
