Beckett Board Post...Funny!!

First off...I enjoy reading the Beckett boards to catch up on modern cards, box breaks, etc. and use the trade board to help fill some modern sets I collect like Topps Heritage.

There are some good posts over there...but once in a while your read something like this:

"I have four bonds rc's that smell like cat pee. I dont know if one of my cats whizzed on them or if I bought them that way. It sucks because they are the only one's I have and they are putrid. Iv'e come close to just throwing them away a few times but I dont.

As far as smoke goe's I hear Ya. I smoke like a fish and I do my best to keep the cards tucked away to cut down on any of the stench but smoke has a way of getin into everthing. My computer screen has a dull yellow nicotine glow going on I notice as I type. I think its time for a cleaning. Smoking suck's but sometime's It seem's like its the only thing that keep's me from jumping out of my skin. "

What a classic post...and Im pretty sure the guy is serious.

I'm sure he probably sniffed his cat pretty good to determine what the cards smelled like.

Sorry Guys...I should of posted this to the regular PSA forum...not the registry board (although I like this one better).

    My apologies,

LOL I glossed over the funniest quote the first time, "I smoke like a fish."

    Alan,

I missed that the first time too. I guess it was because I have been drinking like a chimney. image
