At what time of the day do they update the status of a submission?

    We update the submission status screens on the website update continuously throughout the day.
    The e-mail system send status e-mails every 30 minutes.
    Once an order is complete, we send 2 emails. The first is to let you know that your grades are available, the second is to let you know the order has been shipped.
