Cudo's to PCGS Customer Service

I had expected that the 45 day economy service would be ready today. Called PCGS who explained very kindly that the service was for 45 Business Days. From whats been written here lately you'd think dealing with PCGS would be like dealing with the French. To the contrary the Customer Service person was really helpfull and freindly and said they would try to hurry the process along...Good for them.
