Question about PCGS slabs

There are a few grading services that show the 3rd side of the coin with PCGS being one of the top grading services why don't you have slabs that show the 3rd side of the coin? There has been demand for this type of slab comming from a reputable service for a while but the services don't seem to care why?

When I was doing the road show for the Collectors Universe IPO...over 150 presentations in four weeks!!!...I had several mutual fund managers ask me what was the most difficult part of the grading service business. My answer was...getting the right holder. It is really difficult to get a holder designed and finished. It takes forever, it's expensive, and it's never right before the 5th or 6th try (if your lucky.)

Changing the holder is a major undertaking and the ability to see the edge is only really significant in a small handleful of coins. We're are looking at the idea, but I'm having trouble seeing the major benefit to either PCGS or the majority of collectors and dealers.
