Is there a possibility PCGS would add some type of a "PQ" designator to the insert on super premium, Eye Catching coins?
I noticed NGC just copied you with the 'Full Torch' on the Roosevelts and I don't think it's out of line for PCGS to add something along the lines of NGC's " * " to their holders.
Do you agree?

We are open to all market improvements, even if they are initiated by a competitor. As for the "PQ" designation, we'll take a look at it. However, the grading/quality designation/pricing dynamics of the coin market are complex. I tend to believe that decimal grades, PQ designations, etc. are not easily applied with consistency, since it's hard enough to do full grades accurately. I can make a strong argument that this change would screw up the market more than it would help it. That said, we are looking at the concept.
