Is PCGS considering using the designation "Full Bands" or "FSB" instead of "Full Torch" on the Roosevelts?

A lot of Roosie registry participants have given us feedback, and a lot prefer full bands over full torch. We'll make the final decision later this week after we review all of the input we've received from Roosie specialists. Watch the PCGS home page for announcements.
