Registry Set Question???

David,
Say I have the #1 Registry Set at a given point in time. Then someone comes along and bumps me to #2. The I upgrade and we are tied for 1st place. Who would be listed on the top? Would it be me because I was #1 first or the other guy because he had the higher grades 1st?
By the way I think PCGS is doing a GREAT job myself!

I believe the first one to a specific rating is the one who holds the first listing, though the Registry would acknowledge both sets as number one, in a tie for first place. Contact BJ thru the Set Registry contact link and ask her the question. She will definately know the answer.
