Found some old friends I got in change in 1975!!

I've been cleaning out the garage and house getting ready for a new baby girl and low and behold, I found my missing change bag It contained mostly alot of old wheats and war nickles, some silver dimes , quarters and halves!

But the best thing were these silver dollars that I recieved in change from an old store north of town back in 1975. The kid at the register said he was out of ones and fives, so he asked me if I would take silver dollars instead. Didn't pay much attention when I first recieved them because all I payed attention to were the IKES. I've known I've had these for years, and glad I finally found them!!!

Where is that store. I've got a pocket full of fives and have this yearning for penny candy. Nice to rediscover something like that in your own home.

The other day my wife handed me a nice Barber half. She said i gave it to her to put away. I have no memory of this allthough i have given her coins to put away over the years.
