Say what you may about ACG, but...

you got to give it to them, they are more consistant than any other service out there.
I have been told this by a few dealers, and thought it would be an interesting thread.

Have you REALLY seen enough ACG coins to have an opinion as to their consistency? Speaking for myself, I've seen enough to know that their style of grading is WAY looser than mine or PCGS' or NGC's, but I really can't say if they're consistent.

dude, i've looked at probably thousands of coins that just happened to be in acg holders. i treat it like any other slab. if i like the coin, i buy it. case closed. there's no quibbling for me whether it's in this holder, that holder, or a cardboard flip, it's still a coin. the plastic is just noise that you can ignore, should you choose to do so
