I just did! Sent it in and didn't even realize one of the 64s were ah. Graded 67 too...cool! All of these were toned. Not a bodybad to boot!

Nice coin, I think that is what mine looks like.

As far as the submission level, it is neither. It was an invoice that was sort of a kindof a guinea pig for PCGS and another service level I suggested to them and they are trying out. I guess you could call it a bulk economy service, where there are hundred or so coins like a bulk invoice, but more than the 6-7 dates max on a bulk. Like a economy service but with a discount for quantity. I know I would use a service like that alot, and think most other people could benefit from a service like that, and I think PCGS will benefit from it as well.
