PR66 Accented Hair for nearly PR68 money. $71 for a PR66. That's about double what the market average has been lately.

Note to Morris: Notice this auction started at 99¢ with no reserve.

As to this coin, maybe the buyer thought it had a shot at CAM?

Bidders probably saw the apparent contrast on this one and bid up to a premium to buy the lost "cameo".
