How about adding another membership category?

With the news about some fees going up and min. submissions for grading, how about adding another membership category for us small customers. I was a gold member last year and have not renewed based on the fact that instead of spending $99 on membership I would rather have 7 coins graded in modern than getting four free submissions. I have many coins for economy but with a silver membership $30 is to high. What i propose is how about making a second silver category and say call it Silver Plus, charge $39-$49 and no free submissions and include the coin number system pub. and maybe only allow the modern, economy, reg submissions at gold, plat level prices. What I'm trying to get at is I'm on a budget and what with the economy as it is in this country I don't care about free submissions per se just being able to submit at some of the other levels and saving some money would help me submit more coins for grading. In other words would'nt you want some of my money for membership and submitting more coins or no money from membership(silver) and only submitting fewer moderns? I would sign up for membership with no problem for $39-$49 to save a little especially when I'm not concerned about getting some free submissions. Sorry to rave on but it just seems their is room for one more category for some of us with a resonable yearly fee. Thanks and hopefully this will be considered if it has'nt already been.

Pennies make dollars, and dollars make slabs!

....inflation must be kicking in again this dollar says spend by Dec. 31 2004!
