Slabbing ICCS encapsulated Canadian coins

I have ICCS 2x2 encapsulated Canadian coins that I would like to cross into PCGS.
Why not allow the coins to stay in their ICCS holders in stick them in the silver dollar sized PCGS holder for those collectors who do not want their coins taken out of the ICCS holders?
To me it is a no lose proposition for PCGS. No grading and insurance or byback risk for PCGS.
ICCS does a nice job in offering collectors an attached certificate taped to the back of the PCGS slab.
Why not the other way around?
ICCS is not NGC and they are indeed well respected by Canadian collectors.
Your thought on offering this service? I had asked this before but got no response.

ICCS appears to do a good job. they had graded a number of the Belzberg coins that i saw when the entire collection was at PCGS. We have big plans for the Canadian market and, no offense to ICCS, it's not in the interest of our company to promote the services of a competitor.
