If you were a grader, would you mind new designations?

Do you think graders cringe when new designations become popular? It’s one more thing that they have to worry about getting right, and it takes more time. If the graders are rated according to their speed in grading (I don’t know if that’s the case), then it must be getting tougher to be a productive grader in the company’s eyes. What do you think?

If I was a professional grader and cared about the hobby as much as I do as a collector, I would want the coin to be as accuratley and fully described as possible and I would only work for a service that rated me according to my accuracy and consistency. Obviously with 100,000 submissions a month, speed is also important, but good graders have both mastered.
