Failed Crossovers

I just submitted two crossovers from NGC on Express. They failed to cross, which truly surprised me. In light of your new policy, is there any way to submit them for Presidential Review, or at the very least, for a determination as to how PCGS would have graded them?

Send Sandy an email with the invoice number and description of the coins and I'll look at the coins and perhaps have you send them back for review.
