Three Candidates, one on a U.S. coin.

The following three politicians are all from the same era, with one of them eventually ending up on the obverse of a circulating U.S. coin. Any guesses as to which description is correct and who any of the "candidates" might be?

Candidate A.----He associated with crooked politicians and consulted with astrologers. He had two mistresses. He was also a chain smoker and drank between 8 and 10 martinis every day.

Candidate B.----He was kicked out of office twice, slept until noon, was an opium user in college and he drank a quart of whiskey daily.

Candidate C.----He was a decorated war hero, a vegetarian, didn't smoke and he drank only an occasional beer. He never had an extra-marital affair and he was an intelligent person and a skillful politician.

Oh yeah, which would you vot for??image

oh my!!! we are such a wise bunch. image

i guess it doesn't pay to judge a book by it's cover, eh??? funny how the apparent scoundrels turned out to be the two who galvanized their respective countries in perhaps the ultimate conflict to date. and as for Hitler, either his being a "skillful politician" helped him deceive the masses or else something went terribly wrong with his mentality as he rose in power. he said some good things on his way up but his actions were unfortunately far removed from sanity.

all three left an indelible mark on humanity in their brief flashes of light, great men put to the test. two achieved heroic significance and one, well............i guess our fathers battled him in their own heroic sense. God bless them all for the sacrifice they made.

now, bring on those FT designation guidelines!!
