Tough to tell from the scan, but it's either a choice au piece, or ms/63. Not the sharpest struck specimen, unless it's wear.

It's not a "bad" strike but I'd expect more from a P mint.

As to whether it has wear...the wear show up FIRST on the Buff's butt. From the picture I can't see any but the pic is DARK.

The coin, again, looks dark and possibly retoned. That "blue" it has on the obverse (behind the head, back of the date) is questionable. There may be some other problem that was hidden by the retoning... (?????) OR it was used to cover the fact it's AU. (???)
