    It looks cleaned to me.

    I thought it was either cleaned or whizzed, but the auction clearly states that the coin has not been cleaned. imageimage

    That obverse looks similair to one I took an eraser head to when I was a kid..

    I don't think anyone can tell a whizzed coin from a scan (unless it was a REALLY bad job), but it definitely looks cleaned. image

    Based on what I can tell, looks like it was polished. Not whizzed or dipped. That's why the surface has those sharp edges between the devices and the fields.
