This is a NGC PF-69 it's got light gold toning around the rims and has a good chance at going CAM if i resubmitted it, the one thing that might hold it back from CAM is the poor mirrors but it's got more than enough frost to make CAM.

Think it's worth it to send it in to see if it would get cam? Is there a price break if you only want a designation review? The NGC pop of a PF-69 is 51 and PF-69 CAM is 18 and 2 *'s

I too think it is a nice coin.

I don't think it would go cam at either service. The lettering doesn't look evenly frosted. Also the leaves on the olive branch seem weakly frosted.

If it doesn't get cam it might get a star. It might be worth sending along with a bunch of other coins, but I wouldn't spend much trying...

This is a PCGS Pr67Dcam! The frosty area is light refraction off scanner. Reverse is stronger with brighter fields.
