If roosevelts are like the rest, then there will be no such thing as "FT" on a proof. (not that it makes a difference here). I have a bunch of broken proof sets, figured I would just spend the dimes.

I realized that. But I have been reading comments about the proof vs. MS thing. Since they do not designate in any other series, I doubt they will in this one either.

Anytime you can buy it for less than the grading fee, you are doing okay.
