I think I have a solution to the "new message board" issues.

Create a new forum, one that is totally moderated, in which all critical questions of PCGS will be addressed, no exceptions, only in that forum. The questions/topics the moderators feel are legitimate issues, they will post and answer.

Then use that forum in which all issues critical of PCGS will be address. Give the boot to anyone who does so in any other forum, and make that forum moderated. I agree with Hall, if you are going to be in my house, you are going to watch what you say about me.
