They must be making gold coins alot better

Just checked the pops for previous years ms70 certified coins to see the numbers and find it very curious...because I just recieved a thing in the mail from DHRC for a set of 2003 ms70 gold for like $7000. What I want to know is what is the mint doing to create so many more ms70 quality coins THIS year compared to the last 17 years for at least DHRC to have enough to sell them like this?

Are they handing out more 70's I doubt it...I still don't understand the ethical aspects of running two businesses, one which grades coins and the other that sells them.
