The PCGS Youth Writing Contest

Mr. Hall,

As I have been informed, PCGS has held a writing contest for high schoolers yearly since 1997. I was wondering if there were plans to hold one this year, and if so, when the details might be released.

    Jeremy...We used to offer a $5000 scholarship contest. We didn't do this the past two years. We are now going to reinstitute this contest. in fact, we will have two contests...one for high school students, and one for young numismatists age 13 and under. Each contest will have a $5000 first place award. Details will be appearing on our website shortly.
