I think you need to call their customer service number... I hear they might be a little annoyed if you do it every day for a while... but a few times should be fine.
You can check your status on-line if you are a member of their collectors society. If you aren't a member, you'll have to call customer service.

We are finite beings, limited in all our powers, and, hence, our conclusions are not only relative, but they should ever be held subject to correction. Positive assurance is unattainable. The dogmatist is the only one who claims to possess absolute certainty.
If you submitted your form online, you can check status online. If you used a printed form of some kind, you have to call their customer service number.
Thanks for the replies, guys. I guess it won’t kill me to wait. I checked an average of about 20 times per day when I was waiting for PCGS to grade my coins. Too much time wasted...

If not, you can call them a 1-800-NGC-COIN and the customer service people will tell you.
