    NGC ms64... hard to see the bell lines, I think they are there.... I'll grade the pic NGC ms64fbl.....

    yikes, when I said FBL I was only trying to see the bottom lines thinking PCGs.....I dont see the upper lines but its hard to tell because of the toning....

    I'll go out on a limb and say 65 FBL, even with the obverse ticks around the eye, the lower hair and the bust.

    Man, that is one gorgeous Frankie! A very solid 64 with possible FBL in a PCGS holder.

    Hard to gauge the luster, but with that crimson and purple toning sneaking in there, I'll bet it has it. FBL, I guess yes, so...a 65FBL pic.
    Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.

    It's a MS-64 right now but it's in an old NGC holder from before they designated FBL there is lots of luster under the toningit's also got a good chance in my opinon to go 65. But it's staying in this slab for a long time unless i find another example of this type of slab.
