Slab Box Proposal....

I like getting the slab box back with my coins from grading, but every time I go to the Post Office to pick them up the postal workers know what's inside from all the rattling. They say must be some graded coins. What I suggest is could PCGS have a foam insert or equivalent be put in the top of the lid to hold the slabs in place so they don't rattle? Hopefully it would'nt cost alot to do this and the cost could be added in, but they sure make a lot of noise. Just my thoughts. Thanks
