Heritage vs. Superior auctions, why the latter at Santa Clara?

Anyone know why Superior is the auction house at the Santa Clara show in 3 weeks? Last SC show it was Heritage.

Also when are they going to get their lots up for viewing?

They post them on ebay, typically the 10 day auction, so they are available 10 days before the auction.

Before Gillio, Santa Clara in March never had an auction. Since Gillio bought the show, he has tried to make it a 'Long Beach' north. For the most part, it is a better show and with this Superior auction, it might attract more collectors. Since most, if not all, of the sports section is gone, more coin dealers are set up in March/April now. Heritage has had the November auction at Santa Clara for some time now and I think it's in a contract
