PCGS seems on the road to changes of substance

After a period of unusual silence, management has begun to roll out the changes

necessary for the company to compete in a crowded arena.

It is my opinion ,that the management has heard and understood the complaints

among the collectors and dealers. It seems that we will see rapid resolutions in the

matter of speed of service, consistancy and crossover percentage. Changing direction of a

large and multifaceted company will take a little time, but once the process begins it will

be seen to continue through untill accomplishment. While mistakes will be made amidst all of the changes

announced and contemplated, most if not all of the major complaints will be addressed.

All be of good cheer, we are on our way , together with PCGS , to a better more comprehensive

and effective system of 3rd party servicing by PCGS. Bear

Patience is a virtue, Bear, but it also is best not to test it. Asking we little guys to wait two and one-half months for grades on economy submissions borders on the unrealistic ... If 50 business days is accurate, my last submission of 21 coins received Jan. 31 (before the warning about the wait was posted) will be done around April 10. I, for one, am not eager to pay what is a lot of money for me and be told: We'll get back to you in two and one-half months ...
