When will turnaround times for grading improve?

I am aware that you guys need more qualified graders but when will they be hired and ready to grade?

    We have added two new graders in the past 45 days...PCGS founder Gordon Wrubel moved back to California from New Hampshire...and Mike Sargent came back to PCGS after 9 months at Heritage. I believe we can get the economy turn-around time down to where I'd like to see it, i.e. a maximum of 30 days...in about 60 days or so.
