Aside from the 46S, most are really not common dates. The 55D and 56D are hard to find in true 67, grab them even at stiff prices. Try to pay $100 a piece for the others, if they are clean....but why would any sane man want naked roosies?? Cover them up with some pretty toning!! imageimage

Actually, none of these dates Morris listed are the really tough ones. Perhaps the 64P, 60D, and 56D are the best of the bunch in terms of lowest pop's. A seller on ebay, gotnoys I believe, just auctioned off a number of PCGS MS67 Rosy's that ended less than a week ago - most of which were white and included a number of these dates. By in large, most ended up between $45 and $150. Of course, you could compare that with the 1955D's on DHRC site for $1095 which seems to have been based on a sale of a 55D on Teletrade some months ago before the pop JUMPED from 25 pieces to 53 pieces (hey, nice roll somebody found, hint hint).

    As a data point, I'm liquidating the remains of a white PCGS MS67 set - still have 28 coins to part with including - 46DS, 47DS, 48PDS, 49DS, 50PDS, 51PDS, 52S, 53DS, 54PS, 55PS, 56P, 57PD, 58P, 63D, and 64D.....so I'm also interested in other member replies to this topic myself.

Rosy's have been an increasingly common topic on the Boards over the last 6 months - they've been a somewhat depressed series except at the very high end (MS68's) and top color coins. Its worthy of note that a 1953P PCGS MS67 (pop 22) sold at the Kingswood sale for over $700 with juice - an amazing price (course, I didn't see the coin either). That's pretty darned strong to me for a PCGS MS67 coin! Maybe, this is a sleeper series postioned to "come alive".............
