I have just started my first registy set this week and wanted to know who here was working the same set?

  • I've got one: The Malibu collection. But I'm not looking to improve it (PR70's cost too much). I am trying to backfill it with decent 1950 - 1964 coins on my way toward a 1950 - 1964 complete proof set (all denominations).

    Good luck with yours.

    Pete (and Gary):

I'm coming to like DCAM dimes more and more. I don't have any, but I find myself looking at them on various web pages. Pete mentioned that PR70s are expensive. What's an approximate price range for them? I hasten to add that I am not in the market for any; I simply am interested in the step-up in price from a PR69 to a PR70.

    Thanks in advance.

I have only one proof dime, a 1861 Seated Liberty in PCGS PR-63. Proof dimes are cool. I might submit mine for a designation review as I think it could go CAM.
