Basketball collectors/fans... is this a good trade?

I'm trading:
'88-89 Fleer Jordan #17 $50 (very nice, mint)
'96-97 SP Kobe $25

for:
'97-98 Chrome McGrady $60
'97-98 Ultra McGrady $30

That was the offer anyway. If he sends first, should I do it? I think so, b/c I think the Jordan won't go up anytime soon and McGrady might be MVP this year.

what kind of crap is that? Why would one watch out for a guy that didn't do anything?

that trade is terrible. Tmac is way overrated. Kobe will be MVP If the MJ is in good condition get it graded and sit on it.

I wouldn't exactly say he's overrated.. I mean the guy's pretty darn good..
I think the All NBA 1st team this year will look like this:

C- Shaq
PF- Duncan
SF- McGrady
SG- Kobe
PG- Kidd

And if I do the trade, the McGrady RCs WILL be for trade since I don't collect basketball.

go for it, the 88-89 jordan isnt that special, (well neither are the Tmacs but they are rookies), The Tmac Chrome is his best base rookie to have, and if you can get that ultra graded a 9 or 10, its well worth it (due to chipping)
