AT. The X's are painted over a white square painted within a beveled blue-grey square painted on a brower window painted on a screen painted on a larger coordinate system that GDI manages in the background for us.

Some mint cellophane packs occassionally have coins that look similar to that -
but does it matter? It is very low on my list of Franklins for eye appeal (okay I think it is ugly)

That is one UGLY coin. Who cares what kind of toning it is.
It looks like it had hot MAG-MA (a la Dr. Evil) poured on it!
