PCGS a scam?

At the Baystate Coin Show yesterday I was talking to a couple of well known dealers about slabbing and the future of PCGS. Somehow the conversation turned to the same coin being submitted a number of times to recieve the desired grade. We had conversations about dealers calling to alert PCGS insiders that coins were on their way and see what they could do to achieve the desired results.
Honestly I really couldn't believe what I was hearing but I suppose it could be true, thoughts?

My question would be: How do the graders know which coin they would be looking for?.....Ken

I think some dealers are no different than used car salesman. They like to talk a lot of trash.
