No RPM's after 1989 ? AT 1993D Lincoln RPM ?

I know that there's no RPM's after 1989, but this Lincoln looks like it is a RPM. Could it be a DDO ? It looks like maybe a little doubling on the 9 and 3 of the date. Thanks in advance for any opinions. commoncents

    You'll see this quite a bit on the zinc cents. It has something to do with
    the copper plating though I don't really understand how.

    It looks a little like die erosion doubling, but the die is too good for that.

    It has been described to me as the copper plating trying to pull loose after the strike......Ken
