Old PCGS Green Holder Toning????

Hey all,
I have a 1883-O Morgan in an old green pcge holder/ ser# 5101540, it has the most unique golden tone on both sides. What could this be caused from?
Thanks

You'd be amazed at what folks around here could tell you from a picture.

The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!

First, welcome aboard!
Most likely, it is not the holder that actually caused the toning. Morgans are commonly found toned, and it is likely that in the 120 years that coin has been around, it had some time to tone on its own, as the slab is only about 15 or so years old. Since the coins were stored in so many ways over the years- envelopes, sacks in the mint's vaults, people's collections, and other things, the exact source may never be known.
Most likely it isn't the holder is the most guaranteed thing I can say (along with the fact that the coin is 120 years old
