1988 Lincoln Cent Double "D"

I recently came across a 1988 Lincoln cent with a double "D" clearly visible with an old anco 16x
loupe. The coin is only doubled at the mint mark with the rest of the coin sharp and clear. The strong "D"
is bold and straight, the weak "D" is canted to the right and down from the sharp "D". Is this a common
error coin or is it something I should consider having verified and graded? Let me know what you think!

I would caution anyone who reads this that there are MANY examples dated 1982(zinc) through around 1990 that show plating split around the lower right part of the mint mark, and these are NOT repunched mint marks. I need to get a good article written and posted for that so people can tell the difference for sure.
