Has anyone bought from these people?

They appear to have a lot of coins. Just wondering what the opinion is.

  • CCE is not a coin dealer, but rather a system that allows a member to place bids and/or asks for coins.
The Collectors Corner is a place where members can post coins for sale to the retail trade, complete with scans and descriptions.
99% of the dealers on CCE are legit. I do a lot of wholesale biz there and have never had a problem. The bad guys get booted pretty quick.
    Good Luck!
  • More a coin broker. Like Ebay, every seller is different.

  • Actually, CCE is NOT more like a coin broker and they are most definitely NOT like Ebay!

The dealers who post coins for sale on the Collectors Corner are paying $200-300 per month to belong to the network. Many well known dealers post coins for sale there - David Lawrence, Whitlow, MGS & NSI, J.J. Teaparty and others. The trading is ONLY in certified coins so there are not scamsters selling retoned, overgraded crap. (unless it's certified image)

Yes, every seller IS different, and there may be a few less than desireable dealers on CCE, but I don't know them. I have over 700 sight unseen bids on the system and do a great deal of biz there and haven't ever had a problem.

FWI, CCE is where the majority of the prices listed in the Blue and Grey sheets come from......
