My latest obsession. I have searched many proof sets,mint sets and seen quite a few pics, but it seems they are all MS or brilliant proofs. I do not recall seeing any in cameo, muchless deep cam. Is it just plain numbers because the frequency of cameo is much lower through these years. Therefore finding one in cameo and nicely toned would have the numbers working against it.

i sent one to a board member that was a deep gold toned CAM 1964. it was beautiful. i have one other that i believe is also a deep gold 64 CAM. you're right, you don't see them very often.


i have one listed on ebay right now that's rose in color with a CAM obverse. it's in the upper right corner and the pic shows the CAM contrast.
