A newer, perfect Ebay

Just thinking of my perfect Ebay for coins. Some ideas floating around my head. Wouldn't it be cool to have an elitist Ebay that say a dozen experienced numismatists strictly enforced some rules to ensure an excellent source for quality coins? A collector could visit the site knowing that most of the coins would be of some quality or that any others would be at a true auction!
1) Raw Unc. coins, problem coins, cleaned coins, altered coins, (I'll skip AT here for the controversy about what is AT) must have a huge scan and float in a true auction, or be delisted
2) Coins in the lesser grading companies holders follow rule one.
3) Low end coins (junk Silver) could not be sold individually. Junk silver had to sell in groups of five or more and sell as junk silver!
4) junk coins or any coin listed with shipping & Ins. charges over 20% of their final value would be delisted or cancelled!
5) wheat hoards couldn't sell for more than 4 cents a coin.
6) coins could be listed at any retail value, but if a majority felt the coin was overgraded by a full grade IE.. a fine posing as a VF, it would be delisted!
7) the word "original" would be sacred and if the majority felt it wasn't "original"... off you go!
8) anybody who put @LOOK@ or anyother obnoxious catch word in the header would be forever banned as all would now know they were worthless sellers!
9) minimum coin scan size at 700 X 500 pixels. Come on it isn't that hard!
Just my semi-serious dream of a coin utopia. I know once I post this I will think of ten more rules, so help me out here!
