Please tell me your opinion on this.

First I want to say, that this is not top class coins, just inventory that I was getting rid of. But did I not make it clear on what was for sale? Please give your advice on the wording, and if a refund is deserved. Thank you.
Please excuse this, due to the fact that I am new at this forum stuff, and I'm not really sure how to attach stuff yet, so this might not work.

Well since the picture was useless I assume the buyer read the ad and saw all of the words. "cleaned", "ding", "corrosion" etc. and bid anyway.
What's his complaint - they weren't correded enough?

hi david, i just opened my indians i bought from you and am wondering did you get our orders mixed up, because this order is nothing like i expected, you stated that this would be a good start on a set, but david there are like 6 different dateds that make up over 50% of the lot (59), i would love to send them back if you are willing, looking forward to working this out with you, thanks henry.
edit for spelling
Jeremy
Too bad people have to be that way.

Either give him a refund, or ...
Henry,
I'm sorry to hear you think the coins were not "what you expected", but they are exactly what you agreed to buy. I provided a comlpete inventory by date and grade, as well as identifiying all of the culls, cleaned and coroded pieces in the set. Under these circumstances I'm afraid I cannot offer a refund since I delivered the set that was clearly and acturately described.

50% of 59 is 29 and if I pick 6 of the most common dates listed they don't add up to 29 so the buyer is wrong. They actually add up to 21 which is a little less than 30%.
