AT Website Update and a Call for Coins!

So we are getting up and running on my website idea. We have a name picked out and website development is starting and we should have something to display by next week. But we need coins. Many of you have already offered some of their own for submission and we appreciate it. (we'll be getting back to you soon) Matter of fact we have Morgans covered for now, but we need others.

What suggestions does anyone have as to what denominations should be included in the website. Basically, what do you think are the most ATed coins?

Eventually, we do want to have basically every coin represented on the site, but we have to start somewhere.

Also, does anyone have questionably toned coins, other then Morgans, that they might want to try to submit to PCGS or NGC on our dime?

Is there anyone else interested in donating time/money/resources/coins/skills to this project. So far we have several Board members involved including GSAGUY, Coinguy1, Wondercoin, Coppercoins, JMoore, Dog97, Stman, Zerbe and myself. There is room for more and we could use the help. And we have assembled a $900 war chest so far.

Let me know, either publically here or privately through a PM if you are interested in submitting coins, donating $ or efforts. We are all very excited about this site and are all putting our own time and efforts into it.

Thanks
Michael and the Gang!

Frattlaw, as we talked about at the LB show, I brought up about just sending the coins to PCGS. Gsaguy thought it was a good idea, how bout it? There are reasons that we have talked about why I mention just PCGS.

Hey, relax there-- I'm still @ work trying to earn a living! As for the NGC or PCGS thing, while I agree with you, I don't want to single out any top grading service. Some submitters may also prefer NGC over PCGS so I don't want to limit the number of people submitting. And PCGS has 50 day waits while NGC is turning coins around faster.

So for now, I want to leave the options open to use both, but it may come down to the fact that we only use PCGS since the decision will be made by the submitter ultimately.

Hey Dude, I'm relaxed but I'm self employed and I need to be working too. I no longer have interest in this thing.

I have a bizarre 1975 rainbow Roosevelt i bought on eBay - no idea if real or AT. Kind of exotic colors on both sides for a 28 year old clad.

I also expect to be getting a small group of Peace dollars coming in the next week - one mainly yellow and one mainly pink.

Are you looking for qustionable toned coins or coins that are AT, and how would you know?
