Okay I call pcgs and all I get is voice mail, Charlie was great but I guess he was to good
b/c he has been moved to the card section. what gives here.
I just called NGC about an issue and got to talked with Rick on the phone
and I am just a small time collector.

If customer service is busy you will get a message "Please stay on the line..etc"
If you are getting voice mail, press zero for the operator and let her know and she can also try and connect you to someone in the department.
