Naftzger Collection PCGS Brochure

I remember about 12 or so years ago, I had a PCGS brochure that featured a collection of Naftzger 1793 large cents, including the MS69BN and MB68RD Wreath speciments, and the MS67BN Chain specimen. However, I can no longer find the brochure, nor have I heard anything about it. Does anyone by any chance have a copy (or a scan), or has anyone else ever seen or heard about this brochure?

I'd also love to see a scan of it.

Are you sure it was a PCGS publication? The Naftzger cent collection was purchasd by THE MINT and they did have a sales brochure that pictured the coins you mentioned in PCGS slabs.

    No, I don't have a copy.

Conder is right. The brochure you are looking for was issued by Jay Parrino's Mint around 1995-1996. A Brasher Dubloon is on the cover and the large cents are nicely photographed several times inside.

I have a copy of the Mint's fixed price list, volume 1, Issue 1, which features about 22 coins from the Naftzger collection. Four of the pictures are quite large, all on a single page, and include the wreath cents of 1793 as a presentation specimen SP-68RD and another in MS-69BN. The asking prices were $1.5 million for the former and a bargain $1.25 for the latter.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
