... because PCGS did NOT meet the published turnaround time? I know they posted an extended time for economy, but this would be a regular service submission. Today, I believe is day 15, unless the day received doesn't count, and I expect they may say something like, "The submission was completed in 15 BUSINESS days, we just didn't posted the status w/in 15 days." or something similar.
As I looked through some of my old paperwork (PCGS List of Services), it says Regular Service ... approximately 21 days. Kinda' vague, so ...
Where did get the idea it's 15 business days, or is the approx 21 days the current PCGS position?
What is PCGS policy if turnaround time, whatever it is, is NOT met?
Has anyway received it?

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
white styrofoam 3"x3" with adhesive like alittle envelope. And on the inside, an insert ready label saying the date, denomination, and problem AND a soft plastic baggey around the coin, a piece of paper saying my submission number I guess. Almost makes me feel I got my $30 worth.
Sinin1,
Are you going to keep the body bag?
So I could pay $30 and still get the $15 turnaround, and there is no recourse. Bummer.
