US Mint marketing - 2003?

What a plan. To offer just the five Clad statehood quarters first (3/24/03). Then sometime later offer the complete set of 2003 Clad.

    why dont they offer the smaller coins in rolls from the mint. ie the cent, nickel. dime?????

    I wonder how this will affect the subscription feature? It was nice not having to worry about it the coins just showed up in the mail. If its not broken dont fix it! Must have something to do with $$$$$.

    I read somewhere,NN or CW perhaps, that a possible reason for issue of the 5 piece clad set only had something to do with issue of the Lewis & Clark Jefferson. Whoever this was, thought that the mint and 10 coin proof sets just might contain both a regular Jeff. and the L&C jeff. I do not know if this is a pipedream or just wishful thinking.
