53s FBL owners won't be happy with me on this one, but we need to make more of these coins with FBL designation so more can become available... I believe they are out there, waiting to be discovered..

The odd thing about this one is...look how mushy the strike is on the obverse, yet on the reverse the strike is great, for a 53-S anyway. You can even see (faint) bell lines in the upper right hand quadrant, though likely not enough for an FBL designation from NGC.
The killer has always been the weakness in the lower lines to the left of the crack of the bell. Every non FBL 53s I have seen suffers from this.. Hard to tell on your pic..... But I really hope you have a winner there, regardless, its a pretty coin!!!!!

I focus on the lower lines more myself too, this one is very very very close and the best 53-S I've ever seen regarding the bell lines, short of a $15,000 holdered PCGS coin. MAN am I crossing my fingers on this one but I just don't want to send it in when they're bombarded and everyone is complaining about how tight they are and there's a full moon and it's gonna snow tomorrow and and and.....
